Now

What I'm building and learning right now. I update it when something changes; the date is below.

Building

  • An AI support channel at Vibetex

A customer support channel with LLMs, RAG and semantic search, wired into the existing Java, .NET and Angular systems.

  • A legal product of my own

AI applied to a problem I know from the inside, from my years in law and at the Bar Association. The name stays under wraps until the trademark is registered.

  • This portfolio and Nox

Nox now has an MCP server, so any AI assistant can query the site, and a dashboard with cost, latency and question topics in production.

Learning

  • Fine-tuning

For repetitive tasks, instead of stuffing all the knowledge into the prompt like I did on my first AI project.

  • Structured RAG and embeddings

Chunking, titles and metadata, hybrid search and how to measure whether retrieval brings back the right passage.

  • Multi-agent systems with MCP

Agents with one job each (classify, summarize, query, audit), talking through a standard protocol.

  • Guardrails and the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs

Defenses in code and in the prompt, and how to test them automatically.

  • Systems Analysis and Development

Associate degree, expected to finish in 2027.

Direction

  • From full-stack to AI Engineer

And, in the long run, AI architect: designing AI systems you can audit, measure and maintain.

Connect your assistant

This site has a read-only MCP server. Connect the URL below in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini CLI or any MCP client and ask about me from there.

https://marcusrdrigues.com/api/mcp

Tools: profile, projects, case studies, CV, now, notes and a keyword search. All read-only, only what's already published here.

How to connect
  1. Claude (web or desktop): Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, then paste the URL.
  2. ChatGPT (web, paid plans): Settings, Apps, Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode and use Create app with the URL. In a chat, pick the app from the + menu.
  3. Codex CLI: codex mcp add marcus --url https://marcusrdrigues.com/api/mcp
  4. Gemini CLI: gemini mcp add --transport http marcus https://marcusrdrigues.com/api/mcp
  5. Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http marcus https://marcusrdrigues.com/api/mcp
  6. Cursor, VS Code and other file-configured clients: {"marcus": {"url": "https://marcusrdrigues.com/api/mcp"}}. To browse the tools by hand: npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector.
